Every order is made to your specifications, so we handle problems case by case and want you to be happy with what you pick up.
Printing defects
If an item has a printing or embroidery defect caused by us (misprint, wrong placement compared to your approved proof, missing stitches), let us know within 7 days of pickup or delivery with photos. We will reprint or refund the affected items.
What we can’t return
- Custom printed or embroidered items that match the approved proof.
- Size or color changes after the proof was approved.
- Items that were washed, worn or altered.
Order changes and cancellations
You can change or cancel an order free of charge before production starts. Once garments are ordered or printing begins, costs already incurred may be charged.
Garment care
To keep prints looking good: wash inside out in cold water, tumble dry low or hang dry, and do not iron directly on the print.
