These terms apply to quotes, orders and use of customtsprinting.com. By placing an order with Custom Shirt Printing you agree to them.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on the garment, quantity, number of print colors or stitch count, and print locations you give us. If any of those change, the price may change. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Proofs and approval
We send a digital proof or mockup before production. Please check spelling, colors, sizes and placement carefully. Once you approve a proof, we print exactly what was approved. Screen colors can look slightly different from ink on fabric.
Artwork and rights
You confirm that you own or have permission to use any artwork, logos, names or images you send us. We may refuse any design we believe infringes on someone else’s trademark or copyright, or that we consider offensive.
Payment
Payment terms are confirmed with your quote. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Production starts once your proof is approved and payment terms are met.
Turnaround
We will give you an estimated ready date when you order. Rush jobs are often possible; ask us. Delays caused by late artwork approval, garment stock shortages or carriers are outside our control.
Garments and sizing
Garment sizing varies by brand. Please confirm sizes before approving your order. We are not responsible for fit once sizes are approved.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
